CBTalents is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote, Portugal-based project. You will provide bilingual support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical issues, document cases, and help deliver positive customer experiences.

Remote position with relocation support for eligible candidates; candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Competitive salary and remote work setup apply.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English
• Tech-savvy with strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Detail-oriented and able to track issues properly
• Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
