Responsabilités

• Manage and handle online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals, transfers and other travel services.
• Coordinate and process offline requests promptly and accurately.
• Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-the-spot challenges, ensuring fast resolution.
• Respond to calls from travel agents, providing platform support and managing reservations with special requests.
• Negotiate customer needs with different sources, using outbound calls to secure optimal solutions.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset when handling complex cases with multiple stakeholders.
• Operate multiple online systems simultaneously while delivering high-quality service.
• Take full responsibility for resolving operational and administrative cases from A to Z.
