WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. The role focuses on delivering excellent support in Italian with English for training and internal communication.

You will receive paid training from day one, a competitive salary, and full relocation support if needed, including EU flight, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate coverage, within a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
