WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will support customers in Italian via phone, email and chat, with the opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment.

Paid training starts from day one, and full relocation support is provided for EU relocation. Fluency in Italian and good English are required, prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level and English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support or related experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
