WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. The role requires fluent Italian and English communication, with full relocation support and paid training from day one.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document interactions in the CRM, and help customers with platform questions while maintaining high satisfaction in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
