WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, delivering outstanding service and resolving issues efficiently.

No prior experience required as full training is provided and relocation support is offered. The role offers a rotating shift schedule, a mainstream salary package, and an international, multicultural team environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
