WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Greece. You will provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, and help customers with platform, product, and service questions.

Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are required. No prior experience is needed as fully paid training is provided, with relocation assistance for EU applicants and a competitive salary package.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ level for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Mansioni
