WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian with English training support and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
