WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Greece. You will provide support in Italian, handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and help customers with platform questions.

The role offers fully paid training from day one, relocation support for EU movers, and an international, multicultural team. Portuguese and English skills are valued for collaboration and growth.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is an advantage, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow quality and productivity standards.
