Intelligenz It is seeking an onsite IT support professional for a 1-year project in Italy's Liguria region. The role requires strong hands-on support across IT/OT devices on the shop floor, good English communication, and Italian as the native language.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, OEMs, and third-party vendors to ensure steady operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in service desk and end-user environments, with knowledge of ITIL processes and

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge Management).
Experience with CMDB tools (preferably ServiceNow) and asset lifecycle management.
Familiarity with factory and manufacturing IT environments.
Familiarity with barcode scanners, industrial printers, Digi Port servers, and shop floor systems.
