China Mobile International Limited is seeking an experienced IT & Telecom service delivery professional to support project delivery and post‑sales activities across Europe. You will handle IP network design, routing and switching, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills, with a focus on maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in IT & Telecom service delivery is required.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks including routing, switching, WAN/LAN, and security.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and ability to work with global teams.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Technical Team to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Support post-sales ICT services and manage customers during issues.
• Prepare regular order implementation reports for management.
• Perform maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment (routers, switches, etc.).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network hardware/software to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Europe-region teams for order activation and testing.
• Provide professional project management updates to customers.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Technical Team, to support:

• Project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget


• Post-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue


• Regular order implementation report for management review


• Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers switches, and/or transmission systems etc.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults.


• Work with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testing


• Professional project management and regular update to customer about project status

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors


• First experience in IT & Telecom service delivery


• Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc.


• Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure


• Excellent project management skills and communication skills


• Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment


• Fluent language skills in both Italian and English


• ITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage
