WW Talents is looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will support customers in Italian and collaborate with an international team. Full relocation support is provided for EU candidates, and paid training starts from day one.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working remotely in Greece and using CRM systems.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
