WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role offers fully paid training from day one, 14 monthly salaries (€1,100 gross each), and relocation support for EU movers. English proficiency and rotating shifts are required.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English (B2+) for training and communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
