WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international team onsite in Greece. The role requires Italian fluency and good English, with full relocation support and paid training. Schedule is 5 days with rotating shifts, and training begins immediately.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and documenting interactions in CRM. Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not required.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and English (B2+) required for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
