WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Greece, onsite. You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided. A good command of English (B2+) is required for training and internal communication, with rotating shifts and a five-day work week.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, not required due to paid training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer focus are essential.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
