WW Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will handle Italy-based inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with full paid training and relocation support.

Fluency in Italian and good English are required for training and internal communication. Experience is a plus, and the role offers a dynamic, multicultural environment with rotational shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian required (Italian C1/C2) and strong English (B2+) for training and communication.
• Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation support provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
