The position involves rotating shifts, clear communication in English for training, and a collaborative multicultural environment. Bring strong customer focus and problem-solving skills to succeed in a dynamic setting.

Competenze

• English proficiency (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
