WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email and chat, resolving inquiries while maintaining high satisfaction. Training is fully paid and relocation assistance is offered for EU residents.

The role requires fluent Italian, good English for training, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international team with rotating shifts.

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens, Greece – Onsite

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts

Compensation: €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
