Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring a remote Italian-speaking Customer Support specialist for Greece with full relocation support. You will be paid training from day one and work 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts.

The role offers a competitive gross salary of €1,045 per month paid across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15% based on targets. You'll assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian, document interactions, and use CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level required.
• English at least B2+ for training and internal comms.
• Able to work remotely with independent discipline.
• Experience with CRM and multiple apps helpful.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
