Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Greece is hiring a fully remote Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will work remotely from anywhere in Greece, with a full relocation package and paid training from day one.

The role requires Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2+), 5 days a week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document interactions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
