Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support agent for a fully remote role based in Greece. You will provide support via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues while documenting interactions.

The role offers a relocation package, 14 monthly payments of €1,045 gross, and a performance bonus up to 15% with paid training from day one. Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are required, with rotating shifts from 08:00 to 00:00.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
