Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring for a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support role based in Greece. You will join a global team, with a full relocation package and work-from-anywhere flexibility across Greece, while building an international career.

You will handle incoming inquiries in Italian and English, resolve issues, document interactions, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The position offers 5×8h shifts, paid training from day one, and a competitive compensation package.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
