FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote customer support role based in Greece with complete relocation support. You will work from anywhere in Greece, handling Italian language support and collaborating with an international team.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication. Compensation starts at €1,045 gross per month with 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and fully paid training from day one.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
