FH Collective Academy is offering a fully remote customer support role for Italian speakers, with relocation to Greece and paid training. The position includes a monthly gross salary with a multi-salary structure and a performance bonus, plus relocation benefits.

You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced, international team.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
