FH Collective - Academy invites Italian-speaking professionals to join our fully remote customer support team serving Greece, with full relocation and training support.

In this role, you will provide Italian language support via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and document interactions while upholding service quality.

You must be fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+); rotating shifts and independent remote work in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote customer support is a plus.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities
