Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for Scalable Capital in Greece. You will support Italian-speaking clients with banking inquiries and account management, while upholding GDPR and security standards.

The role requires native or fluent Italian, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning in the fintech banking sector. On-site work in Athens is expected, with relocation and training provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Strong interest in the banking and fintech sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for high-level banking correspondence.
• Previous experience in customer service or a finance-related background is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Scalable Capital users regarding banking inquiries and investment account management.
• Maintain high professionalism while navigating banking regulations and security protocols.
• Assist clients with onboarding, document verification, and transactional queries with precision and empathy.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the banking sector by providing clear, accurate information to Italian-speaking customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or financial issues reported by end-users.
• Contribute to improvements in customer experience metrics by providing feedback to management.
• Handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and GDPR/banking security compliance.
• Work on-site in Athens, Greece as part of a multicultural professional team.
