Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian required (written and spoken).
• Good English proficiency to coordinate with international team in Greece.
• Interest/experience in banking, financial services, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze banking transactions to identify suspicious activity and AML compliance.
• Conduct investigations into potential financial crimes and report findings to compliance departments.
• Provide high-level support and guidance to Italian-speaking customers regarding banking security and account protection.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of investigations and interactions in accordance with European banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine detection algorithms and fraud prevention workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging fraud trends to protect the institution and clients.
