Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing an Italian Customer Support Agent for a role in Greece within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector. You will serve Italian-speaking clients, handle inquiries, and work with international courier teams to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian with strong English skills, and possesses previous customer service or logistics experience. A full relocation package is offered to Greece, along with ongoing training and performance bonuses.

Formación

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Proficient English for international collaboration.
• Valid EU passport or legal work permit in EU.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Monitor and troubleshoot shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve shipping or dispatch issues.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and live chat with a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain logs of client interactions and shipment data in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues to support process improvements in logistics.
• Ensure SLAs are met and provide world-class support for the Italian market.
