Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing an Italian Customer Support Agent for a Greece-based role within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector. You will handle inquiries in Italian, support shipments, and collaborate with international courier teams.

Ideal candidates have native or fluent Italian, good English, and prior customer service or logistics experience. A full relocation package and ongoing training are provided to help you settle in Greece.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English for international collaboration.
• EU passport or legal permit to work in the EU.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding their logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Monitor shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve shipping, customs, or dispatch issues.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain accurate logs of client interactions and shipment data within internal management systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying recurring customer pain points.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met, providing world-class support for the Italian market.
