CBTALENTS is seeking Italian-speaking Airline Support Agents for on-site roles in Malta. You will handle calls, chats and emails, delivering friendly, solution-oriented service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements include native Italian, strong English, great communication skills, and previous customer-care experience. A rotating schedule is included, with relocation support and clear career growth opportunities.

You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries.


• Provide solutions and support over multiple communication channels.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.


• Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.


• Previous customer care experience is essential.


• Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.


• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
