CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent to join our Malta-based team. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting customers with airline-related queries via phone, chat, social media and email, delivering friendly, multi-channel support and ensuring high satisfaction.

Requirements include native Italian and strong English, excellent communication skills, prior customer care experience, and flexibility for a rotating schedule.

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, writing and listening skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• ECDL certificate is preferred.
