CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent to join our Malta team on-site. You will assist customers via phone, social media, chat, and email, handling queries about airline services and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is required, along with strong communication and writing skills. This full-time role offers a relocation bonus and career growth opportunities, a KPI-driven bonus up to €2,500, and a €3,000 annual language

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• ECDL certificate preferred.
• Ability to work rotating schedule Mon-Sun.
