CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent to handle customer queries via phone, social media, chat, and email from our Malta on-site location. This full-time role requires native Italian and strong English skills, plus experience in customer care and good communication abilities.

You will work on a rotating schedule across Monday to Sunday with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits in a dynamic airline service environment.

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, writing and listening skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; ECDL certificate preferred.
