CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent to assist customers with airline queries from a Malta onsite location. You'll handle communications across phone, social media, chat, and email with a focus on exceptional service.

The role requires native Italian and fluent English, strong communication skills, and prior customer care experience. A rotating schedule is expected; ECDL is a plus. Enjoy relocation bonuses, career growth, and team events.

• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
