Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Social Media Advisor fluent in Italian to support customers across social channels and deliver excellent service. You’ll resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and escalate complex issues when needed, while meeting quality and performance targets.

The role requires eligibility to work in Portugal, availability in Lisbon, and a 12-month contract with 40 hours per week. Relocation and training opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Fluent Italian, written and spoken.
• English (B1/B2) proficiency.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.
