Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a social media advisor with fluent Italian to deliver outstanding customer experiences across social channels. You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to relocate to Lisbon; the role is a 12-month contract offering 40 hours per week and rotating shifts.

You'll respond to customers, resolve inquiries, and escalate complex issues while meeting quality, productivity, and performance targets.
