Job summary

Polti S.p.A. seeks an Amazon EU Account Assistant to join its E‑Commerce Department in Bulgarograsso (Como, Italy). The role supports Amazon account management, optimization of listings, and campaign activities across European marketplaces, reporting to the Amazon EU Account Manager.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Amazon accounts or international e-commerce and strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional skills, with English fluency a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts or international e-commerce marketplace accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support management and optimization of Amazon product detail pages, ensuring images, descriptions, content, and keywords are accurate.
• Assist new product launches by creating and activating ASINs and monitoring initial performance.
• Analyze KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic, rankings, feedback, promos) and prepare reports; identify growth opportunities.
• Assist pricing activities and promotions; monitor effectiveness and optimization opportunities.
• Support EU Performance Marketing Manager in advertising campaigns aligned with strategy.
• Liaise with Amazon AVS to monitor commercial performance and key indicators within Amazon channel.
• Handle Amazon EU account issues via Vendor Central cases, coordinating with internal teams and Amazon.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to align across functions and grow e-commerce.
