Job summary

EPTA GROUP is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to reinforce our Italian sales force for the retail Eurocryor Brand, launching a career in Sales within Epta. The role focuses on developing strategies, building relationships with key accounts, negotiating deals, and driving performance across the North and Central Italy regions.

The position offers remote work with a North Italy location, CCNL Level B2, and a base salary starting at €33,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in technical disciplines; diploma will be evaluated if followed by interesting experience in similar context/role.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent analysis skills, result orientation, flexibility and initiative.
• Ability to develop a strategic vision.
• Excellent multi-level communication skills.
• Entrepreneurship and courage and the ability to manage change.
• Italian language is mandatory, fluent English is required.
• National mobility is mandatory, especially in North and Central Italy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the assigned customer portfolio
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with customers
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Analyze sales results and forecasts on a monthly basis
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches
