Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Italy is seeking a Payroll Partner to lead end-to-end payroll for ~600 employees across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance with Italian labor laws and CCNLs, and strong partnerships with the People and Finance teams.

The role requires SAP HR/SuccessFactors experience, fluent Italian and English, and the ability to drive process improvements, audits, and vendor management in a dynamic, global consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or Law.
• 5+ years of payroll management within complex Italian organizations.
• Deep knowledge of CCNLs, Italian labor law, tax and social security structures.
• Professional fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll for ~600 employees.
• Ensure compliance with CCNLs, INPS/INAIL, and tax regulations.
• Manage external payroll vendors and SLAs.
• Collaborate with People and Finance on budgeting and reporting.
• Support labor inspections and SOX controls.
