Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Italy is seeking a Payroll Partner to lead end-to-end payroll for approximately 600 employees across Italian entities, ensuring 100% accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless payroll execution. The role partners with HR and Finance to optimize payroll operations in a dynamic environment.

You will manage external payroll vendors, drive system updates in SAP HR/SuccessFactors, and contribute to budgeting and internal controls while working in a hybrid setup in Anzio, Italy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll management experience in large Italian organizations.
• Deep knowledge of CCNLs, INPS/INAIL, and tax rules.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll for ~600 employees across entities.
• Ensure compliance with CCNLs, INPS/INAIL, and statutory reporting.
• Manage external payroll vendors and SLAs; support audits.
• Maintain SAP HR/SuccessFactors systems and payroll accounting data.
