Haier Europe seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee the Italian payroll process and coordinate with an external provider to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in managing outsourced payroll and working with providers (external).</n>
• Excellent knowledge of Italian payroll, labour and tax regulations.</n>
• Knowledge of international payroll and global mobility dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the external payroll provider for Italian employees (≈950).
• Review payroll outputs for salaries, contributions, taxes and variable pay.
• Manage monthly/annual payroll deadlines and tax certificates filings.
• Support finance with payroll reconciliations and accounting reconciliations.
• Liaise with INPS/INAIL and pension funds; communicate with authorities.
• Advise on labour law and compensation matters; assist on mobility payroll.
• Handle global mobility payroll aspects (expatriates, inpatriates, shadow payroll) when needed.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance; monitor updates.
• Prepare payroll and HR reporting.
