CAP INGELEC in Italy seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to drive sales on the Italian market. You will leverage your network to identify opportunities, develop high value offers, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Competenze

Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school.
Minimum of 5 years in a Business Development position on design and construction projects.
Strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation.

Manage and develop your network and your business development activities.
Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs.
Conduct negotiations with business leads or customers, identifying all issues to sign the contract.
Accompany the customer throughout project implementation.
