Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent for our Courier & Delivery Services division. The role centers on assisting Italian clients with logistics inquiries, monitoring shipment statuses, resolving issues, and delivering empathetic support via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining accurate records.

Formación

• Native Italian language is mandatory.
• Proficient English for collaboration with international team.
• EU passport or legal permit to work in the EU.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding logistics inquiries.
• Monitor shipment statuses and troubleshoot to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve shipping or dispatch issues.
• Provide professional communication via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain logs of client interactions and shipment data.
• Identify recurring pain points to improve logistics processes.
• Ensure SLAs are met with world-class Italian market support.
