You will monitor statuses, resolve issues with international courier teams, and maintain logs. The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and delivering SLA-backed service. A relocation package and training accompany the role.

• Italian fluency is required (native or fluent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding their logistics and delivery inquiries.
• Monitor shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve complex shipping, customs, or dispatch issues.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain accurate logs of client interactions and shipment data within internal management systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying recurring customer pain points.
• Ensure all SLAs are met, providing world-class support for the Italian market.
