CBTALENTS seeks an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. The role requires on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal, with relocation support and full-time hours.

You will receive training on Microsoft products and work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, ensuring a smooth customer experience and effective issue resolution.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2).
• Experience providing IT product support is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (on-site).

Mansioni

• Provide technical support and resolve client IT product issues.
