CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products, including Microsoft Intune and Teams. You will provide essential troubleshooting support and ensure clients have a seamless experience with their IT services.

The position includes training on Microsoft products, a Portuguese employment contract, and a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts and holiday bonuses.

Competenze

Language requirements: Italian C2 and English B2.

Mansioni

Providing technical support and resolving client issues with IT products.
Troubleshooting system performance, configurations, and software usage.
Documenting solutions and collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
