CBTALENTS is looking for an Italian Technical Support Specialist to support Italian-speaking clients with IT products. The role includes relocation support and on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide troubleshooting and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Training on Microsoft products is provided, and you will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with holiday bonuses under a Portuguese employment contract.

Competenze

• Italian language proficiency at C2 level and English at B2.
• Experience providing technical support for IT products.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and system configurations.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking clients for IT products.
• Troubleshoot system performance and software usage issues.
• Document solutions and collaborate with internal teams.
