CBTALENTS in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Italian Technical Support Specialist to assist Italian-speaking clients with IT products such as Microsoft Intune and Teams. You will provide essential troubleshooting support and ensure clients have a seamless experience with their IT services.

Relocation support is available, and the role includes 40 hours per week on rotating shifts with holiday bonuses under a Portuguese contract.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Technical support experience preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and relocate if needed.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support and resolve client IT issues.
• Troubleshoot performance, configurations, and software usage.
• Document solutions and collaborate with internal teams.
