Zalando is hiring an HR Business Partner for a 1-year fixed-term contract to support the Logistics Management team at Nogarole Rocca. You will partner with local and central HR, manage payroll in coordination with providers, and drive HR initiatives across units.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HRBP or 6+ years HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of Italian employment law, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 3+ years of HRBP experience or 6+ years in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment law and social security.
• Experience with payroll and HR systems.
• Zucchetti and Workday experience is a plus.
• Autonomous in a dynamic global environment.
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills.
