Job summary

Commvault Systems in Milan is seeking a Subscription Renewals Sales Representative to renew multi-year subscriptions, identify expansion opportunities, and protect revenue within a defined territory.

You will engage customers via calls, video, and email to demonstrate ongoing value and secure renewals, collaborating with Field Sales, CSMs, partners, and distributors to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewal sales or inside sales.
• Ability to manage multiple deals with high transaction volumes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English at business level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the renewal cycle to reinforce value and satisfaction.
• Scope renewal options aligned to current and future customer needs.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Account Executives, CSMs, Partners, and Distributors to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation within a results-driven framework.
• Execute post-meeting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and deal closure.
